- HQ CPSG/RMK will be issuing a Request for Proposal to obtain two Flexible Fill Cables. Item 1: 5995-01-496-2412CS, P/N FL51242-2, 3,300 each, 2-foot length. Item 2: 5995-01-496-3703CS, P/N FL51242-5, 1,070 each, 5-foot length. Anticipated RFP issue date is 22 April. Delivery: 18 Sep 02. Government does not own data/drawings. Dstn: fd7030, Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX. Note 22 applies. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Joseph P. Maryeski, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
