Description
SCOPE OF CONTRACT: This is a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Service (IDIQ) Contract for the following services. Analysis, minor repair, service, construction, and maintenance of electrical building systems to include fire alarm and nurse call. Analysis, repair, service, construction, and maintenance of medical gas systems and equipment. Analysis, minor repair, service, and maintenance of building envelope systems to include roofing and exterior walls. Analysis, repair, service, construction, and maintenance of fire protection building systems. Quality Assurance (QA) evaluations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and building envelope repair or construction projects. QA evaluations of facility operations, maintenance, and repair (OMR) services contracts. This contract is primarily intended to provide the above services in federal government medical treatment facilities. This contract may be used on a non-mandatory basis by federal government activities (including the VA, Air Force, Army, Navy) as a source for the services and supplies described herein. Federal government activities in both CONUS and overseas may place orders against this contract. Because the majority of contract task order requirements will fall under a $100,000 threshold, and in the interests of providing increased opportunities for small business concerns, competition for contract award will be limited to qualified HUBZone contractors. The Government may extend the term of the contract for four additional option periods. In addition, the Government may increase the quantity of supplies or services called for in the Schedule.
