- Description
- Site improvements and rehabilitation of a 1,080 sq. ft. historic restroom facility. The work includes: installation of new lighting and associated wiring; new plumbing fixtures and associated piping; new metal lath and plaster toilet partitions; new doors; replacement of damaged shake siding; interior and exterior painting; saw cutting of existing concrete floor; installing new plumbing; grading and placing concrete for walkways, two picnic sites, ramps, and a gathering area; placing a boulder barrier to separate parking from the facility; scarifying, grading, and application of aggregate base and asphalt concrete to the parking area; striping, concrete filled pipe bollards and installation of government provided site furnishings.
