- Description
- The USDA, Agricultural Research Services requires A/E services at Hawaii, especially at Hilo, Honolulu, Kauai. The USDA intends to award one or more blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for A/E services, with firm, fixed-priced orders awarded via the BPAs. The BPAs will have $100,000 capacity, one-year duration, with options to extend up to four additional years. The type of work may include office, greenhouse and laboratory renovation, infrastructure improvements, such as parking lots, utility lines, and possible construction support services. Interested firms must submit SF254 and SF255 to be considered. Firm will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1. Professional qualifications. 2. Specialized experience. 3. Capacity to perform the work in a timely manner. 4. Past performance on government and private sector projects. 5. Proximity to project location. The factors will be weighted approximately equally.
