- Description
- This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Solicitation Number is MDA410-02-Q-0030 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFQ). This action will be processed using simplified acquisition procedures and incorporates provision and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a federal government agency, tax exempt, an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. Quotations shall include offerors' list price and DoDEA's discounted price. FSC Code: X112, Lease/Conference Space & Facilities. NAICS Code: 721110, Hotels (except casino hotels) and Motels. Size Standard: $5M. The Department of Defense Education is a federal government agency, which is tax exempt and qualifies for educational/academic pricing. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The offeror shall provide conferences services within 5.5 miles of DoDEA, 4040 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203-1635, in accordance with the attached Solicitation. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING Quotations for this RFQ must be complete, signed, dated, and due in this office at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Procurement Division, 4th Floor, 4040 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22203-1635, no later than 12:00 noon, p.m. EST, Wednesday, March 27, 2002. Quotations shall be marked with MDA410-02-Q-0030 and addressed to Ms. Janice Brown. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr2000.com) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are mandatory. Quotations shall include CAGE code, DUNS number, Tax ID number, email address, business size (large/small) and web site address.
