- Description
- Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, and other items and services necessary to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Service Calls and Repair on Government Owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other miscellaneous equipment for the Harrison Village Commissary located in Indiana. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through March 31, 2007. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about April 19, 2002 with a tentative closing date of May 3, 2002. The anticipated award date will be May 10, 2002. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $6 million. All requests for copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: CICST (Melissa Rios), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
