- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-02-059 is issued as a request for a quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 541519 and the size standard is $18.0 million. Line item no. 1) Microsoft Premier Support ? Level D, for a total of 50 incidents. Service provided to: Bureau of the Public Debt, 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors---Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items with their offer.
