- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a small purchase order to HVR Consulting Services Limited, Selborne House, Mill Lane, Alton, Hampshire GU34 2QJ, United Kingdom to provide additional enhancements to their Operations and Support Cost Analysis Model designed specifically for the Marine Corps Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAAV) program. This work is a follow-on effort to previous OSCAM model enhancements provided by HVR Consulting. The model is an automated tool for developing cost estimates for the AAAV vehicle, which is currently being developed by General Dynamics Amphibious Systems, the prime contractor. HVR Consulting Services Limited originally developed the OSCAM(AAAV) unique model for AAAV.
