- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to George Mason University, on other than full and open competitive basis, an award for development of software in matlab code based on Professor Harry Weschler's algorithm on feature extraction and pattern recognition and a technical report to describe their unique algorithm and its implementation for radar discrimination.
