- Description
- NUWC Division Keyport is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to Quality Positioning Services, Inc for the Qinsy System P/N: QS-SWHW-DGPS/S51-P42G. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00253-02-Q-0134 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2001-16. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NACIS Code 541512 and size standard of $21.0M. The requirements are to be delivered by Apr 30, 2002, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, with FOB Destination. The following provisions applies to this solicitation, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror ? Commercial items; 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items. Responses shall be due no later than 1600 PT on 16 Apr. 2002.
