Description

Services to Upgrade Scrub Avail System and Preventative Maintenance Service. Services to upgrade Scrubsaver 128 equipment (including 7 machines) to a ten thousand Card (10K) system from a three (3) thousand user system. Upgrade to include hardware and software for seven (7) Processor Boards and upgrade kit including new System Controller, Windows ScrubAvail Management Software (SMS) and Data Communications Converter. Services to include preventive maintenance (performed at time of upgrade) on existing seven (7) machines, to clean, inspect, adjust and repair potential problems as needed, including all labor, travel, etc. and includes training for two (2) Naval Medical Center Portsmouth personnel. (Any required replacement parts needed must be identified, point of contact notified, and a separate order to cover these costs will have to be issued prior to replacement.) NOTE: Set-Aside for Small Businesses only.
