- Description
- Frunish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to execute all exterior painting work to the exterior of the Historic Bailly Main House to include scraping of all loose and blistered paint on all exterior and metal surfaces including siding fascia, soffit, eaves, gable windows, windows, doors, door jambs, porch deck and ceiling, railing and balusters. Prime and apply two coats of oil alkyd paint, caulking and filling of all open joints in mouldings and trim and removal of crack and loose glazing and reglazing of windows.
