The Contractor shall provide all-inclusive facili ty to include dining area with all necessary and required equipment and service items needed to perform full food service four means a day, 7 days per week. Service, Contractor shall provide all facilities, equipment, and any items or services necessary to set up, install, and maintain a self-service laundry facility (Laundromat) at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The Contractor shall provide an all inclusive facility to include all necessary and required equipment and service items needed to operate and maintenance a self-service laundry facility.
