- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-02-T-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. This solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC Code is 3571. CD-RW Internal EIDE/ATAPI 16x10x40x minimum. Pricing must include cable, Win 2K Drivers, and 1 media per drive. There is no speicific brand name. The CD-RW that fits the s pecifications. Quantity of 650 each. Delivery to Lincoln, Nebraska, CRRA, 2960 North Park Road, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524-2402. Shipping costs must be included in the pricing of each item and not as a separate charge. If your quote contains a separate charge for shipping your quote will be considered non-responsive. The following FARS are applicable to this combined synopsis/solocitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (lowest price that meets the specifications); 52.212-3, Offeror Representations & Certific ations-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.21205, Contract Terms & Conditions Needed to Implement Statutes on Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.247-34, Destination Shipping. You may use any format to send quote, however the following information is mandatory on each quote: Solicitation number, name and address of vendor, phone and fax number, Point of Contact, and Duns and Bradstreet Number.
