- Description
- The work shall consist of, but not limited to providing all plant,labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and performing all work necessary for the construction of concrete canopy and access ramp; renovation of LAN/computer room, toilet and medical equipment storage to provide new medical supply storage, oxygen room and work station room including interior finishes; installation of new doors, roll-up door, shower assembly and fire alarm system; replacement of power roof ventilator, exhaust duct and register, electric water heater including associated hot/cold water piping, drain/vent piping and electrical devices, lighting fixtures, receptacles, and combination telephone/LAN outlets, removal of asbestos containing materials and lead based paints and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to terms and condition of the contract.
