- The Government intends to issue a Requirements type contract. Best estimated quantities (BEQ) are: 3 year Basic Period (FY), 45 ea, Fiscal Yr(s) 02,03, & 04, 15 ea. Item 0001, NSN 5998-01-360-7236CI, Amplifier Assy, Mfr: JCA Technology, P/N JCA34-316A-1. Dimmensions: 1.93" L x .96" W x .35" W; Pred Matl: Electronics; Function: C band amplifier, medium power sloped gain; Delivery: 45 days after receipt of Delivery Order. Dstn: fd7030, Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX 78243-7056. Government furnished drawings/specifications are not available. Note 22 applies. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Joseph P. Maryeski, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
