- ALL REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN WRITING, VIA FAX (765-677-3106), MAIL OR E-MAIL TO marcia.guenin@med.va.gov . Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and expert supervision to remove the existing rusted metal roofing and replace it with new standing seam metal roofing on the maintenance wings of the Marion National Cemetery Administration Building, all in accordance with the drawings and associated project specifications. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program this procurement is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Number 235610, with a size standard of $12.0 million applies to this procurement. Estimate: $25,000 to $100,000. Approximate solicitation issue date: April 30, 2002. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
