- Description
- DESC: The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Medical Cylinder Gases for The VA Medical Center, San Francisco CA and at VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS, Martinez CA and its satellite facilities within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21. Contracor shall provide the following gases which include, but are not limited to compressed Medical Air USP, Oxygen USP, Carbon Dioxide USP, Nitrogen NF, Nitrous Oxide USP, Helium USP, and specialty medical gas mixtures. Contract term is from May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2003 (or one year of award if subsequent thereto), with four one-year options. provided to the following This procurement is being conducted in accordance to Subpart 13.5 test program and parts 12 and 15 of the FAR. The government intends to award a one or more firm-fixed price contracts Contract award is subject to availability of funds. The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
