- Description
- On or about May 1, 2002 the Department of Education (the Department) expects to issue solicitation number ED-02-R-0015 (Solicitation or RFP) for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). The solicitation will include six components of NAEP and the Department expects that a team of contractors will be necessary to perform the work required. More information on the components and the team approach can be found in the Draft Statement of Work (DSOW) posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov (Reference Number "NAEP-02-Drafts") and at http://nces.ed.gov/nationsreportcard/bidding/index.asp for review and comment in February 2002. Proposals will be due on or about June 14, 2002 at 2:00 PM EST--see the RFP for the official date and time. The RFP will be available in its entirety on fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties should download the RFP documents on the issue date. In the event that an organization is not capable of downloading the documents, paper copies of the RFP may be requested through the contact listed in this notice.
