NSN 6220-01-236-3364 | LENS, LIGHT | BAE SYSTEMS (19397) P/N 6586-16-6042-10 | CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM | This solicitation is being issued for the acquisition of supplies. The primary purchase quantity is 110 EA. | Also, this solicitation contains an Option for Increased Quantity. Inclusion of this provision in the contract would allow the Government to unilaterally increase the contract quantity by 110 EA. The Government would be permitted to exercise this option only once. The Government would be permitted to exercise this option at any time from the date the contract is awarded until 15 days before the last scheduled delivery date stated in the contract. | The Government does not have in its possession sufficient technical data to purchase this item from other than the current sources. Without sufficient technical data, the Government cannot evaluate offers from other sources. Any potential alternate source must submit a complete technical data package as applicable for evaluation in accordance with DLAI 3200.1 Encl 6. | Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://214.3.146.126/home .
