- Copies of the RFP are available on DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after 2002 May 01. Proposed procurement contains a 100% Option for Increased Quantity for Noun: Transformer , Power under NSN 5950-01-210-4433. Approved sources: MPC Products Corp (19710) P/n U-37A, Honeywell (70210) P/n 2046346-2, Novatronics Pickering Control (83550) P/n 25521. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 1-500. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites. Delivery schedule: 73 within 120 days with a balance of 50 every 30 days thereafter. See Note 26.
