- * * * This purpose of this modification is to post Amendment 0001 to Solicitation SP4700-02-T-0024. Amendment 0001 provides additional instructions, guidelines, and clarification to the original solicitation. The closing date for proposals remains 06 MAY 2002. Amendment 0001 incorporates the following updates/changes: 1. The Invoice Instructions (page 6) have been updated to provide additional guidance. 2. Paragraph C.2.1.2. Task 2 (page 8) has been corrected to demonstrate that, historically, past performance has indicated that five (5) visits per day are required during peak season to adequately harass the geese. 3.
