- The Department of Education intends to issue an RFP for services to support the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). Four documents are being made available in draft form for comments. The documents are: The Statement of Work for NAEP Components 1-6 (Draft SOW.doc); the Schedule of Deliverables (Table of Deliverables1.doc); the Instructions to Offerors (Section L.doc); and the Evaluation Factors for Award (Evaluation Plans.doc). The period for comments and questions will close on March 14, 2002. Please submit all comments to Jeff Halsted in the Contracts office at Jeff.C.Halsted@ed.gov. We will not answer all questions or comments directly, but may address them in changes to these documents. THIS IS NOT a solicitation, RFP, or IFB--it is only the posting of draft documents for comment. Thank you for your interest in NAEP.
