- Description
- Provide heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance and repair services at the AMC Building, 5001 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia. The period of performance will be for an intial base period of June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003, and will include two one-year option periods. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $5 million. A site visit is scheduled for Friday, April 19, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. All contractors planning to attend should arrive at least one half hour early to allow for processing through security and should be able to present a valid picture identification for access to the building. The solicitation will be electronically issued via fedbizopps.gov on or about April 16, 2002.
