- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to extend an existing, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type contract, with Booz-Allen & Hamilton for technical and administrative services in the areas of threat scenario description, treat scenario specification, and supporting documentation development, updating and distribution. The objective in extending this contract is to provide continuity of services from the original contractor until new, emerging and modified Agency requirements can be restructured for a competitive follow-on contract to start in July 2003. The period of performance will be extended for fourteen months, from 26 MAY 02 to 19 JUL 03 with an approximate contract value not to exceed $2 million dollars. Award will be made pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source.
