- Description
- Notice is hereby provided of the Government requirement to procure for the replacement of existing 3200 SF of carpet with 3200 SF of hard surface rigid floor tile installed over existing vinyl tile in Leo O?Brien Federal Building, Albany, NY. The successful contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, and supervision. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320 and the size standard is $28.5 million. Payment protection bond will be required following award pursuant to the Miller Act. The completion date is 120 days commencing one day after the notice to proceed. The tentative solicitation release date is fifteen (15) days from posting to GSA FedBiz/Opps website, GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Specifications and drawings will be available on request. Interested parties shall send all request to access specification and drawings to the attention of Matthew Murphy at the email address shown in this presolicitation notice. Contractors are requested to provide a street address, telephone number, business license or other documentation granted by the state or local jurisdiction to conduct business, valid DUNS number, valid IRS Tax ID Number and email address. Contractors will also be required to sign a Document Security Notice. Once the request for solicitation has been accepted, then the solicitation will be mailed to the requester. Contractor should request E-mail notification from FedBizOpps in order to remain apprised of solicitation availability. E-mail all request to the attention of Matthew Murphy at address shown.
