- Description
- Fire Alarm Maintenance Service for the A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building, 1240 East Ninth Street, Cleveland, Ohio. The performance period is for a three year period with two one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide preventive maintenance, testing, inspection and related services for the fire alarm systems equipment and accesories (herein after referred to as the "fire alarm systems equipment") in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, with a size standard of 9 Million. This is a negotiated procurement and is open to all business concerns. The Request For Proposals (RFP) including amendments, etc. (if applicable) will be available only through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) on the internet at www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and amendments (if any). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). The RFP will be posted on or about May 1, 2002. Woman-owned, Hubzone, Veteran, and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit an offer.
