- The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia, hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a sole source purchase order to TYX Corporation, 1910 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191 for renewal of software maintenance for the Test Program Development System. The following software applies: PAWS Developer Studio, Model 9500-H5, 1 each; TPS ATLAS IEEE716-1989, Model 46280H5, 1 each; Development Prompt Editor, Model 9501-H5, 1 each; Development Simulator, Model 9502-H5, 1 each; Studio Debugger, Model 9503-H5, 1 each; Development Wirelist Generator, Model 9508-H5, 1 each; and Development Toolkit, Model 9530-H5, 1 each. Period of performance is from date of award to 31 March 2003. The maintenance agreement should provide telephone support, updates and bug fixes. Telephone support should be available from 9:00 AM (EST) to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. NO SO LICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. Prospective contractors should submit cost and technical data to be evaluated. Interested firms MUST indicate their ability to satisfy this requirement within 15 days of this notice. If no response is received in 15 days of this notice, an award will be made to TYX Corp.
