- Notice of intent to issue RFQ on a sole source basis to Purdue Research Foundation, W. Lafayette, IN, for continued development of equations for motion for parachutes/parafoils and parameter-estimation tools using nonlinear methods in mathlab environment. Project is for the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. Period of performance is from date of award through 31 Dec 02. A non-competitive procurement is anticipated utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Anticipated award date is 15 Apr 02.
