- The Fleet Industrail Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a sole source basis with P&O Ports North America, New York for pierside support services for a one week period during the month on May 02. This sole source acquisition will be conducted as a commerical item procurement using FAR Sub-part 13.5 entitled "test program for certain commerical items". The RFQ will be available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil FEDBIZOPS note 22 applies to this acquisition effort.
