- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire pier side support services on a sloe source basis with EDC of New York City for one week during the month of May. This sole source acquisition will be conducted as a commerical item procurement using FAR sub-part 13.5 entitled "test program for certain commercial items". The sic code for this acquisition effort is 488330. FEDBIZOPS note 22 applies to this requirement. Requests for a copy of the RFQ will be available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil
