- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a full and open competition basis for the rental of 2 breasting barge for a 10 day period during the month of May 02. The two breasting barges will be 100' by 50'. The breasting barges will be fendered on the ship and pier side. Subject acquisition will also be processed as a commercial item using FAR sub-part 13.5 entitled "test program for certain commercial items". The sic code for this acquisition effor is 483113. The RFQ will be available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil
