- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA, Intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis a High Pressure Dryer; Dryer specs: size requirement L=34" x W=18" x H=67"; Vessel code: ASME; Media: compressed air free of aggressive oil or gas; Capacity: 400 SCFM@ 3500 Psig; Max Inlet Temperature: 100 deg F; Dewpoint Required: -40 deg F PDP; Minimum Operating Pressure: 3500 Psig; Design Pressure: 3625 Psig; Electrical Supply & Enclosure Type: 110v 1ph 60hz-Nemal; Pr & After filter & connection: 1/2" NPTF; Flow from inside to outside; Bursting Pressure 100 psid; Max permanent working temp 140 deg; Efficiency: .0lu @99.999%; Initial pressure differential at normal flow 1.31 psi; Initial saturated pressure differential at nominal flow 2.62 psi. The RFQ will be released on or about 11 APR 02 and will be available through the 2.0 contracts competency home page at: https://contrats.nawcwd.navy.mil/rfp-nawc.htm. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. The RFQ will close on or about 24 APR 02 and award on or about 17 MAY 2002.
