- Description
- The purpose of this synopsis is for the Naval Air Systems Command to announce its intent to contract for one (1) Conformal Coating Removal System, CCR2000, in support of the Helicopter Logistics Support Program. This is not a formal Request for Proposals. It is the Government's intent to award a single firm fixed price Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the offeror who provides the best overall value to the Government. The anticipated award date is 10 May 2002. This office will email a Request for Quote to all prospective offerors that submit a request for this information via email or facsimile. Requests for inclusion on the email release list should be sent to Ms. Amy Davidson (Contract Specialist) via email at DavidsonAm@navair.navy.mil or facsimile at (301) 757-2526. Paper copies of the Request for Quote will not be mailed. All responses must be sent via email or facsimile and must include the following information: (1) Company Name; (2) Company Address; (3) Company Business Size; (4) Point of Contact (POC) Name, telephone number, fax number and email address. Responses without this information will not be accepted. Phone requests for a copy of the solicitation will not be accepted.
