- Medical Supplies - Potential Sources Sought Military Hospitals - (Army, Navy, Air Force) TRICARE Regions 9 and 10 Safety Scalpels / Surgical Blades - Standardization ______________________________________________________________________Point of Contact: Ricardo U. Orias, Senior Consultant, Tri-Service Regional Business Office, TRICARE Regions 9 & 10, San Diego, CA. Telephone: (619) 532-8537. Potential sources sought to participate in the regional standardization of Safety Scalpels / Surgical Blades TRICARE Regions 9 and 10, a military integrated delivery network (IDN), comprised of Army, Navy and Air Force medical treatment centers in California, is considering standardizing and establishing a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for Safety Scalpels / Surgical Blades. If your company currently holds a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) with the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP) for Safety Scalpels / Surgical Blades, your company is eligible to participate in the standardization process. Please respond by Email: ruorias@reg9.med.navy.mil and provide your company name, address, point of contact, telephone, fax and E-mail address no later than April 30, 2002.
