- The U. S. Department of the Interior, Fish & Wildlife Services (FWS) has a requirement for a welding contractor to provide welding instruction, work experience, and job placement to students at Mingo Job Corps. Centers, for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003, with four (4) one-year option periods. Total duration not to exceed five (5) years. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses.
