TIRES: Delete sentence reading "Tires must be J-rated, 18 ply rating, 13,000 lb. each." AGGREGATE HANDLING SYSTEM: Delete first sentence under "2)" which reads "Shall have 2 hot tar and asphalt conveyor belts with a minimum of 35 degrees toughing rollers." and replace with "Shall have two conveyor belts." All other previously publicized information is unchanged.
