- NA U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USYPG), AZ, Intends to issue Basic Ordering Agreements for a period of three years for miscellaneous paving. The paving services on USYPG shall include: furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials. The services inc lude, but are not limited to: a) Runway repair and construction. b) Parking apron repair and construction. c) Taxiway repair and construction. d) Street construction and overlay. e) Parking lot construction and overlay. f) Curb, gutter and sidewalk constr uction. g) Drainage structure construction and repair. h) Landscaping. This action is being considered for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 234110 and the size standard $27.5 million applies. Perform ance period is 1 June 2002 through 30 Sep 2005. The project magnitude will vary depending on the project requirements. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered with Central Contractor Registratio n (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/. Release of the solicitation will be via the Internet only. A decision on whether this requirement will be pursued as a small business set-aside or on an unrestricted basis will be on the solicitation, that will be posted on or about 6 May 2002. Interested parties may download the solicitation from http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting/, where it will be posted on or about 6 May 2002. It is imperative that interested parties review the website frequently for the solicitation and any updates/amendments. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package.
