- NA This is a synopsis performed in accordance with FAR 5.207. The Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District intends to procure construction services to install a new metal roof, repair exterior doors, and install new electrical heaters and wiring at the Gull Lake Dam shower building in Brainerd, MN. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation and equipment required to renovation project above. A Firm Fixed Price order will be issued using Simplified Acquisiti on Procedures under FAR 13 for this effort. The estimated period of performance is 30 days. All responsible sources possessing a valid construction license will be considered. The proposed Request for Quotation is restricted to small business. For the p urpose of determining small business eligibility, the Contracting Officer has determined the NAICS code for this effort to be 235610 ($12 Million). The solicitation and all documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet, on or ab out 24 April 2002 at the St. Paul District's Website, https://mvpwww.mvp.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp . Interested parties are encouraged to inspect the site prior to submitting a quotation. Site visits should be coordinated with Greg S truss at (218) 829-3334. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the release of the Request for Quotation and amendments (if applicable).
