- NA The work includes, but is not limited to start-up, shut-down, preventative maintenance and repair services for aproximately 45 air conditioning systems/units located at various buildings, at the Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and supplies as indicated to provide maintenance and repair services. NAICS Code: 811310, 'Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment (Except Automotive and Electrical) Repair and Maintenance', and the small business size standard is $6 Million. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract with a performance period of twelve (12) months is anticipated. The minimum guarantee is the firm fixed price portion of the contract. Th is requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 13.003(b). The tentative deadline for receipt of quotes is 5:00 p.m., LOCAL TIME, April 25, 2002. With performance to begin on or about 1 May 2002. In accordance w ith FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. This solicitation will be tentatively available for viewing and downloading, free of charge, on April 10, 2002. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 530-827-4722, ATTN: Tracy Marino. NO telephone or e-mail questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website.
