- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-02-T-0010 is being issued as as Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 01-06. This solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC Code is 3571. DVD-ROM Internal EIDE/ATAPI, 16X DD/40X CDROM minimum. Must be both DOS and Windows 2K compatible. Cannot require Windows to operate. Pricing must include cable, Dos and Win 2K drivers. A brand name is not requested, just the item that fits the specifications. Quantity 750 each. Delivery to Lincoln, Nebraska, CRRA, 2960 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524-2402. Delivery 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Do not call Sa ndy Leach for any information regarding these items. You must contact the end users at 402-309-1920 (ext 2545, 2546, 2541)for all technical information. Do not call regarding a brand name. Shipping costs must be included in the pricing of each item. If sh ipping is a separate line item, your quote will be deemed as non-responsive. The following FARS are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (item the wit h the lowest price that meets all specifications); 52.212-3, Offeror Representations & Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes on Execut ive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.247-34, Destination Shipping. You may use any format to send quote, however the following information is mandatory on each quote: Company name and address, telephone and fax number, Point of Contact, and Duns & Bradstreet. If any of this information is not on your quote, the quote will be deemed as non-responsive. Your e-mail address is not required, however, the vendor may wish to include this in their quote. All vendors responding to this quote must be registered with t he Central Contractor's Registration (www.ccr.gov)and have an active status.
