- NA Replace Munitions Maintenance and Storage Complex Location: W.K. Kellogg Airport, Battle Creek ANG Base, MI Scope: Between $5,000,000 ? $10,000,000 PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE Battle Creek Air National Guard (ANG), Battle Creek, Michigan plans to construct a new munitions maintenance and storage complex in which the contractor shall be responsible for all plant, labor, materials, supervision and equipment . The work includes si te development, provision of utilities to the site, construction of a railroad overpass bridge with associated modifications to existing roads, construction of asphalt roads to service the new site, construction of five buildings including an administratio n facility, a munitions maintenance facility, a munitions storage magazine, and two munitions storage igloos, and construction of a perimeter fence around the complex. A firm fixed contract is contemplated. This solicitation will be unrestricted, however a ll responsible sources may submit a bid. Small Disadvantaged Businesses are encouraged to apply. In order to receive a contract award as result of this solicitation, contractors must be listed in the CCR. Information regarding CCR is provided on the intern et at http://www.ccr.gov .
