- NA The Army's Base Realignment and Closure Office (DAIM-BO) has a requirement for a contractor to provide operation and maintenance for the Stratford Army Engine Plant (SAEP) located in Stratford, CT. The SAEP was closed under the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) in 1997. These services are a follow-on to TACOM's contract number DAAE07-98-C-L046 with Industrial Property Management. The Government intends to make one award. This is a small business set-aside in accordance with Note 1. The NAICS Code is 5 61210 - Base Maintenance and the small business size standard is $23M. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity. The period of performance will be for a base year and four one-year options. The Request for Prop osal (RFP) will be issued on or about the week of May 20-24 2002. Contractors must be registered in the CCR database at: https://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil.
