- The Federal Aviation Administration, Western-Pacific Region, hereby announces its intention to solicit a Request For Quotation (FRQ). This is a Small Business Set-Aside. <P> Contractor shall deliver to various locations 55 InFocus Video projectors, part #LP-0290-V; 55 replacement lamps, part #SP-LAMP-LP2E; 1 InFocus LP130XGA Video Projector, part #LP-0130-V; 1 replacement lamp for LP130, part #SP-LAMP-LP1; 56 1-year warranty, part #EW-1 year; 56 Proxma Model 2-year warranty, part #PX-2-year; 43 Sony R505DL PIII 1.0 256 30 GB CDRW/DVD 12.1 2 K, part #CGR5050DN3K, 384 RAM to be installed before product is shipped. Windows 2000 product #SO50DN3K; 4 Sony R5050DS PIII 1.13 256 40GB CDRW/DVD 12.1 2K 384 RAM to be installed before product is shipped. Windows 2000, part #PCGR5051DN4K; 2 external CDRW/DVD drive, part #PCGA-CRWD1; 1 Sony external USB floppy drive for Z505 SR C1, part #PCGA-UFD5; 47 256MB PC133 SO DIMM, part #SNY3264M; and 1 Sony LAN wireless access point, part #PCWA-A200. A list of shipping locations will be provided to successful bidder. <P> Request for a RFQ package must identify the RFQ Number and must be made in writing or via facsimile to (310) 725-6842 and shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (PST), April 18, 2002. Any request for RFQ received after this date, regardless of how transmitted, will not be honored. The RFQ for this project will be issued on or about April 23, 2002. VERBAL OR TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. RFQ will be issued to the first 10 firms on a "first come basis" only. The Award resulting from the RFQ will be based on best value consisting of (1) price and price related factors. The FAA may make award without communications or negotiations; however, communications and/or negotiations may be conducted to determine the Best Value to the FAA. The Government reserves the right to award this project either as a single or multiple award contracts.
