- Description
- The Tucson Area Indian Health Service (TAIHS) is seeking quotes from interested sources to provide on-site Rheumatology clinic services at two locations. Locations: Public Health Service (PHS) Sells Indian Hospital in Sells, AZ; and the San Xavier Health Center in Tucson, AZ. The Service will be provided on-site, 8 hours (1 day) per month, per location. The period of performance shall be one year from date of award and a start date of June 1, 2002 is planned. TAIHS anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price Non-Personal service contract resulting from this solicitation. Anticipated Request for Quote (RFQ) release date is April 30, 2002.
