- Telephone Request will not be acknowledge. The United States Department of Agriculture intends to fabricate and install a museum quality indoor and outdoor exhibits for a visitor center of approximately 650 square feet; including but not limited to, interactive exhibit elements, object displays, graphic, photo murals, audiovisual equipment, and items necessary to complete the work as indicated on the design intent drawings, exhibit graphics package as described in the specifications. The location is the J.Strom Thurmond Power Plant Exhibits, Clarks Hill, South Carolina. A minimum of twevle(12)weeks of fabrication and installation to be completed by August 30, 2002. A fee of $25.00 dollars is required for a single copy of the blueprints and written specifications along with the solicitation package. Make check, money order,or draft payable to the U.S. Department of Treasury, please write IFB number on the remittals. The contract is subject to the service contract act and place of performance is unknown. The Wage Determination has been requested for the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Area, upon request, the CO will request a Wage Determination for additional localities if asked to do so in writing by April 19, 2002.
