- Exclusive-Use Fixed Wing Aircraft Serivce. This project consists of obtaining the services of aircraft, fully operated, suitable for use in connection with the administration of National Forest Areas throught the western United States. Est. start date is 06/30/2002, one year contract with 2 year renewable periods.
