- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-00-788-6561, YPG01354000310,Window Panel, Aircraft, in accordance with McDonnell Douglas Corp, CAGE: 76301 A subsidiary of The Boeing Co., P/N 32-35210-1 REV E. Approved Licensees: Derco Aerospace Inc., Kitco Inc. and Approved Sources: Pilkington Aerospace Inc. and Llamas Plastic Inc. Requirement is a Firm Fixed Price with a 100% Option. The solicitation issue date is 26 April 2002 and the solicitation closing date is 24 May 2002. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 007 applies. First Article Government Testing is required. This requirement is a Critical Application Item. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. This solicitation was issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
