- Solicitation Number SP0450-02-QN-310, ARG02032054603, NSN 6810-00-584-4298, Sodium Phosphate, Dibasic, Anhydrous, Technical, Power Form. Unit Drum/Fiber/is 25 Pounds Net. Origin Inspection is required/COC is not allowed Sampling for Tests shall be per SPEC Para 4.3 (S-2) ILO that delineated by Cited QAP. I/A/W SPEC NR FED SSPEC O-S-639B. New and Unused Fiber Drum with Polyethylene Bag or Liner. Bag shall be Heat Sealed or Tied with Plastic Coated wire. Critical Application Item, QAP 010 applies. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 387. ARO is 60 Days for Direct Vendor Delivery and 90 Days ARO for Stock Items to SRG. This Solicitation is Restricted to Small Businesses and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for 1 year with Four (4) Option years to extend the terms of the contract. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) The final contract award decision may be based up a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. The Solicitation will issue on April 29, 2002 with a closing date of May 23, 2002.
