If you are not currently an approved source for this item and are proposing to manufacture the item, you must submit a complete technical data package for evaluation before you may be considered for award under this solicitation. Alternate offers must include data for the approved and alternate part in order to be evaluated. Alternate offers without complete technical data packages will be rejected.
